1. Competent body
In the event of a consumer dispute, you may turn to the alternative dispute resolution body with territorial jurisdiction over Porto:

2. Official list of bodies
For up-to-date information on every alternative consumer dispute resolution body, see the portal of the Direção-Geral do Consumidor (the Portuguese Directorate-General for Consumer Affairs) at consumidor.gov.pt.
3. Complaints Book
The Electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico) is available at livroreclamacoes.pt. The paper book is available at the restaurant.
4. Going to court
Turning to an alternative dispute resolution body does not affect your right to take the matter to the courts.
