We are the only fado house in Porto that does not close on Sunday. There is fado every night, in two shows, and each one has its own arrival times.
Arrive between 19:00 and 19:45. The fado starts around 19:45 and sings through dinner, from the first course to the last.
For late diners. Arrive at 21:45 or 22:00, and from then on the night has no closing time: you stay while there is fado and appetite for it.
Book a table The show is €15 per person, on top of dinner.
This is not a forty-minute set at the end of the meal. A fadista sings from the beginning of the night to the end, with the musicians alongside, on Portuguese guitar and viola.
The table is yours for as long as you want it. Nobody asks for the room back, nobody looks at the clock. You stay while there is fado and appetite for it.
Each night has its own voice, and you never know whose. That is how a real fado house works: you come for the fado, not for a name on a poster.

The fado does not come alone. The kitchen is Portuguese and traditional, made for a long night: dishes to share, wine to linger over, and an old stone room for all of it to happen in.
Polvo à lagareiro — octopus roasted in olive oil and garlic; arroz caldoso de lingueirão, a soupy rice with razor clams; lamb ribs with a Port wine reduction. Food for the room, not food on the side.
