Cookie Policy
Which cookies this website actually uses, cookie by cookie, in which categories, and how to change your mind at any time.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as pixels, tags, identifiers and browser local storage, serve equivalent purposes. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of them.
2. How this website uses cookies
Until you allow something, this website installs not one measurement cookie and your browser contacts no other domain. The typefaces, the photographs and the code are all served from this site’s own address. There is no embedded map, no social media feed and no review widget. Delivery goes through Cloudflare, which sets no cookies here and which is described in the Privacy Policy.
With your permission, we may use cookies to:
- measure how the website is used and see where people get lost;
- measure conversions and the performance of Google Ads Search and Meta campaigns;
- remember non-essential preferences.
3. The four categories
Strictly necessary
These make the website work and store your privacy choices. Without them we could not remember that you refused the rest. They do not require consent and cannot be switched off.
Preferences and functionality
These remember non-essential options, such as the language or the display. Off by default.
Analytics
These let us measure how the website is used and improve what is here. They include session recording through Microsoft Clarity, which records mouse movements, clicks and page scrolling, but not what you type into form fields. Off by default.
Marketing
These measure conversions and the performance of Google Ads Search and Meta campaigns. We do not use the data collected on the website or in bookings for customer lists, custom audiences, lookalike audiences or remarketing. Off by default.
4. The booking module is not a category
The CoverManager booking module sits behind none of the four categories above, and that is deliberate. Loading it is an action that only happens if you ask for it: in the module’s place there is a notice, and it only loads after you press “Book now”.
There is no way to allow it in advance and no way for it to load on its own, whatever you accept in the other categories. When you do load it, CoverManager receives your IP address and technical data from your device, and processes whatever you enter in the booking request on our behalf.
If you would rather not load anything, you can book by phone or by email. Both are next to the button, in the same box.
5. The cookies this website uses
| Name | Who sets it | Category | Duration | What for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
fnp_privacidade |
This website | Strictly necessary | 6 months | Stores the categories you allowed, the date and the version of this policy |
_ga, _ga_* |
Google Analytics | Analytics | Up to 2 years | Distinguishing visitors and sessions |
_clck, _clsk |
Microsoft Clarity | Analytics | 1 year and 1 day | Linking session recordings to the same visitor |
_gcl_* |
Google Ads | Marketing | 90 days | Attributing a booking to the advert that led to it |
_fbp |
Meta | Marketing | 90 days | Measuring conversions from Facebook and Instagram campaigns aimed at new audiences. It does not feed remarketing |
| CoverManager cookies | CoverManager | None. See point 4 | Set by the provider | Running the booking module, after you load it at your own request |
With the exception of fnp_privacidade, none of these cookies is
installed until you allow the corresponding category. The CoverManager ones
depend on no category at all: they depend on you pressing the button, and
without that they never come into existence. The durations of third-party
cookies are set by each provider and may change without notice to us.
6. How to manage or withdraw consent
On your first visit you can accept all, reject all, or choose category by category. Refusing is as easy as accepting: two identical buttons, side by side.
You can change your mind at any time through , in the footer of every page. Withdrawing your consent does not affect what was done before you withdrew it.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which may affect how parts of the website work. Browser settings do not replace the preferences you set here.
